Dear BXH users:
At present, the First-time compensation program of BXH has been basically completed.
vToken assets of HECO and OEC have been successfully mapped to the BXH Exchange (Except OKB/OKT), and vToken of BSC and AVAX chains will be mapped in the near future.Meanwhile, BXH Exchange will launch with vToken trading pairs and staking pools in the near future, and the automatic compensation function is under development.
For OKB/OKT, since the BXH Exchange wallet service provider cannot provide OEC support, We cannot directly airdrop OKT/OKB that can be withdrawn.BXH Exchange will launch the convert section for users to exchange OKB/OKT to USDT at market price.
At present, the development of the convert function is basically completed and will be available after the testing is finished, We will complete the compensation of OKB/OKT after the convert function is launched.
In addition, the BXH Exchange has completed the compensation for OEC users who have completed the operation as of October 9 and HECO users who have completed the operation as of October 11.
If you have completed all operations before this time but have not received compensation, please contact our admin of community or Support@bxh.com.
If you have completed it after this time, please be patient.
The exchange team is currently extremely stretched for manpower, We need to complete normal upgrades and ensure the progress of the compensation, We can only meet most users’s requirements and cannot afford to provide One-on-One instant checks and transfers for individual users,We will periodically check the compensation addresses of each chain and make batch compensation.
